How we use your details

Registering your interest

Actuverse collects your email address and, if you provide them, your name, company, department and position to manage your interest in its developing actuarial AI and ML trials and contact you about those trials.

We record when you registered and the permission you gave us to contact you. The waiting list is stored in a database hosted through OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare infrastructure. We do not put submissions into our website source repositories or publish them online.

Access and removal

Registration details are available only to authorised administrators. To withdraw your interest, request removal or ask a question, email info@actuverse.ai.

Submission protection

To limit automated submissions, we use a short-lived, keyed hash of your network address. Rate-limit records expire after one hour; the address itself is not saved in the waiting-list database.
